To tenderize ribs after smoking, place the ribs in aluminum foil, splash on some liquid like apple juice or cider vinegar and wrap the aluminum foil around the ribs. Next, enclose the foiled ribs in a heavy towel and put in a cooler for up to 2 hours.

Make popcorn on your grill by placing 2 tablespoons of popcorn and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in an 18-inch square of aluminum foil. Seal the edges to form a loose pouch. Tie a corner of the pouch with a string and shake over the fire until the kernels stop popping.
